Welcome to My Inside World. We are dedicated to helping our clients map out their inside worlds to navigate their lives with self mastery and clarity by understanding their highly complex and unique inner worlds. This is done by first identifying the details and filters of the lens by which the world is interpreted and seen with, common or large emotional landscapes, default behavioral and habit loops, past traumas, important cultural-familial context, current and past routine patterns, and more. Alongside and in addition to that, self mapping also consists of helping clients identify their deepest values and principles, current path and direction, set new or accentuate current goals, adjust routines and habits accordingly, set a pace in accordance to the client's resources and capacity, and guide them to walk with intentionality and self awareness towards their desired direction in life.

1. Coaching Services:

 

Our coaching services, sometimes called "mapping sessions," or "coaching sessions" are designed to assist you in exploring your world inside of the self defining your values, boundaries, behavioral and habit loops, understanding your emotions, and cultivating a custom set of routines and habits to lead you towards your desired life path. Our coaches are trained professionals who will guide you through this journey of self-discovery and self-improvement.

 

2. Community Guidelines:

 

We encourage a respectful and supportive community environment among all our clients. Please engage with others in a manner that is courteous, empathetic, and conducive to growth. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated within our community.

 

3. Subscription Plans:

 

We offer various subscription plans that cater to different needs and frequency of coaching sessions. It is important to review and select a plan that aligns with your objectives and commitments. Changes to subscription plans, including upgrades or downgrades, can be made in accordance with the terms outlined in each plan.

 

4. Billing and Payments:

 

Payment for subscription plans is processed securely through our online platform. Please ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the subscription plan or in exceptional circumstances.

 

5. Confidentiality:

 

Any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential between you and your coach. We uphold strict confidentiality standards to protect your privacy and trust.
